- 80 gr of redcurrant
- 105 gr of apple

Step 1
Peel and wash the apple, cut it in half and remove the pips. Cut into small 1cm cubes.
Step 2
Wash the redcurrants.
Step 3
Place the apple in the steamer basket.
Step 4
Place the redcurrants in the steamer basket.
Step 5
Put water in tank 1 and start cooking.
Step 6
Set aside the cooking juice.
Step 7
Pour the content of the basket into the blender bowl.
Step 8
Add a part of the cooking juice depending of the desired texture.
Step 9
Blend the bowl content.
